Deidre Diamond
Founder and CEO
Tech industry veteran, Deidre Diamond, leverages her deep cybersecurity staffing and leadership expertise to guide the success of CyberSN. As Founder and CEO of the largest US technology and services cybersecurity talent acquisition firm in the country, she is a passionate advocate for building diverse, multi-talented teams. Deidre also founded the non-profit, Secure Diversity, which promotes diversity and inclusion in the industry.
Combining 25 years of experience working in technology and staffing, Deidre has a genuine love for the cybersecurity community and has built large-scale sales and operations teams at companies such as Rapid7 and Motion Recruitment where she achieved high performances. She has created cultures based on an ‘anything is possible’ attitude that allows people to achieve above and beyond the usual. By establishing an open communication framework throughout the CyberSN organization, she has created cultures of positive energy, career advancement and kindness that enables teams to reach beyond peak performance and have fun at work.
Deidre encourages the use of EQ skills (Emotional Intelligence skills) of self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, social skills, and empathy, which are applied by choosing words and behaviors that reflect consideration for each other.
Dom Glavach
Chief Security and Technology Officer
Mr. Glavach is CyberSN’s Chief Security and Technology Officer leading all cybersecurity strategy, policy, IT operations, security engineering, security operations, data privacy, and cyber threat detection. He is on the forefront of CyberSN’s platform taxonomy research and development, serves as a trusted cyber advisor, subject matter expert to strategic clients, cybersecurity and strategic diligence advisor for Private Equity clients in support of mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to CyberSN, Mr. Glavach spent twenty years working with Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) where he served as the Chief Information Security Officer and Research Fellow. He played a critical role in the company’s cyber risk management, providing cyber technical leadership and subject matter expertise to commercial and government clients. Mr. Glavach served as member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) Cyber Committee, chairing a subcommittee on Vehicle and Embedded Systems Cyber Security, with an exceptional background and expertise in cyber risk management as well as specializing in cyber attack methods and countermeasures, cyber forensics and incident response. He has presented on cloud forensics, cyber adversaries and advanced persistent threats to a wide range of public and government audiences including the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and the National Security Agency (NSA).
Debby Maggio
EVP of Finance & HR
Debby came to CyberSN with 20+ years of back office experience in the staffing services industry. She loves what she does and works hard to keep CyberSN's employees and clients satisfied and enriched while simultaneously ensuring the company is protected and compliant. Debby joined CyberSN in 2016 and adores being in business with this amazing group of colleagues.
Debby recently moved back to California after two decades in the Boston area and is rediscovering her love of hiking and exploring the outdoors. She's busy juggling many life roles, but mom is her favorite title. Debby graduated from CSUSB and was very happy to put her Womens' Studies minor to work by getting CyberSN certified as a Woman Owned Business in 2021.
Erik Ligda
Director of Product Management
Erik is the product owner of the CyberSN deep job platform. Prior to joining CyberSN, Erik worked for a US government contractor providing cybersecurity expertise. Erik enjoys the challenges of redefining the job searching experience for the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
John Mullen
Director of Information Technology
John is focused on providing robust, reliable, and secure technology solutions that enable our team at CyberSN to achieve our goals.
He is an avid sports enthusiast and resides in Central Massachusetts where he roots for the Patriots, Bruins, and the Red Sox throughout the year. He and his wife enjoy traveling, barbecuing, and walking and hiking with their dog.
Adrianna Iadarola
Managing Director
Adrianna has been with CyberSN for over 6 years. Her career has been focused in sales and staffing services within IT.
She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and has a 12-year old son, who keeps her busy. She loves to meditate and spend lots of time with her family.
Launa Rich
Managing Director
Launa was formerly a Director of Staffing at Talener, a technical staffing firm in San Francisco. After graduating from the University of Virginia, Launa moved to New York City to begin her career in technical staffing. She was promoted to a management position at Motion Recruitment, moved to San Francisco and built a team that specialized in DevOps placement services. Launa brought that experience to Talener’s New York office and then returned to San Francisco as a Director overseeing and expanding the Bay Area presence.
She also runs the Secure Diversity SF Meetup, a not-for-profit that works to address the cybersecurity talent shortage. Launa also is one of the organizers for Day of Shecurity, a 1-day conference for women in or joining the Cybersecurity field.
She is a passionate yogi, reader, baker, and cat-lover.
Travis Monson
Recruiting Director
Travis has been with CyberSN since 2017 where he has worked closely with security leaders on finding and placing cybersecurity talent. He manages and trains a team of recruiters on how to find and represent cybersecurity professionals. Travis has volunteered and supported cybersecurity conferences including Day of Shecurity, ShellCon, Secure Diversity, and BSidesSF. He graduated from Golden Gate University with a BS in Business Administration and Management.
Outside of work, he is a food tour guide of San Francisco’s Ferry Building and Mission District. He writes about San Francisco for local news sources including SFGATE, for whom he wrote an article on walking every street of San Francisco. Travis is also an Eagle Scout and loves to explore the outdoors.
Jessica Donahue
Practice Director
Jessica consults with our clients and helps them build comprehensive descriptions of the positions they need to fill, advises on hiring strategies, connects them with qualified individuals, and helps them hire the talent they need. She has been in the technical staffing and recruiting industry for 7+ years and for the past 4 years has focused specifically in cybersecurity. When she discovered CyberSN's talent network and platform, she knew this would be the perfect place for her.
Jessica is originally from Rochester, New York and has been in Raleigh, North Carolina since 2007. When not working, she teaches group fitness classes at a few of the local gyms in Raleigh, including cycling, HIIT, strength, and aerobics. She is passionate about music and loves to go to concerts and shows. She is also a working mom and loves spending time with her husband and baby.

Dawn was the first hire at CyberSN to be a part of our CEO's vision and this great cybersecurity community she's grown to love.
Dawn is an avid ballet dancer and dog lover.
Brooke Mitchell
Senior Account Manager
After graduating from Virginia Tech (go Hokies!), Brooke started working as a Recruiter in IT and loved the opportunity to work with people everyday in an industry that impacts lives so heavily. Now as an Account Manager in cybersecurity, she has grown to know so many people and enjoy continuously cultivating relationships.
Brooke loves to play volleyball, loves dogs and travels.
Christina Marron
Senior Account Manager
Christina has over two years of technical and security recruitment experience. She came to CyberSN as a Senior Recruiter and has just recently moved into a Senior Account Manager role working directly with clients. She loves getting to connect with security professionals daily, having the opportunity to make a difference in their work lives, and building client relationships to address their needs and help their company flourish in security.
Christina loves to camp, hike, river trek, and rollerblade. She believes nature is the best medicine.
Gianna Cecchini

Gianna graduated from San Diego State University in 2020 with a degree in Psychology and Public Health. Before working at CyberSN she worked in healthcare staffing, primarily working with travel nurses throughout the pandemic. As an Account Manager, Gianna finds value in the ability to have a genuine conversation with a person. Having that personal connection with a candidate truly makes her day better. She finds it exciting and fulfilling to be able to assist people with their career opportunities.
Gianna is passionate about traveling, being outdoors, yoga, and running. Her newest hobby is pottery.

Connecting with others has always been Jacob's passion. Whether it's his career, sports teams, or through random subreddits, he has always enjoyed finding commonalities with others and expanding his perspective on life. As a Lead Recruiter here at CyberSN, he harnesses his passion to help those in his network navigate the broken job search landscape and to find truly exciting and fulfilling career opportunities.
He enjoys spending his free time rock climbing, exploring new trails, listening to podcasts, and sharing ear-beatings eastern religious theologies with his friends.
Michaela Helms

Michaela graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.S. in Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Professional Legal Studies. Originally, she planned to attend law school after graduation, but after working in Civil Litigation she realized her aspirations were more aligned with those found in the staffing industry. She joined CyberSN in 2021 where she discovered her love for cybersecurity, and hasn't looked back since!
Anthony Cappelli
Recruiter
Anthony joined CyberSN after a varied career working as the Business Development Lead for an industrial electrical contractor, a Field Operations Setup Manager for a water transfer company in the gas and oil field, and as a server/bartender in the hospitality industry. He also graduated with a B.S. in Cybersecurity from Norwich University in 2019. After personally experiencing the difficulties that candidates face when attempting to enter the Cybersecurity field, Anthony is very excited to assist others in overcoming those same roadblocks with as little headache as possible.
Outside of work, Anthony loves spending time with his wife and 2 small children. He is also an avid football fan, having played the game himself for 13 years.

Cynthia Gonzalez graduated from Boston College with a degree in International Studies and Ethics and International Social Justice. She is passionate about equity and empowerment at all levels in the workplace. Cynthia is passionate about being a recruiter and enjoys being part of a team that supports candidates in eliminating barriers to success and helping match them with an incredible career path.
Outside of working hours, Cynthia loves to go on long walks to find the best boba tea shops in San Francisco!
Bobby Grant
Sales Operation Specialist
Coming from multiple startups with a background as both a Marketer and Developer, Bobby joined CyberSN in 2021 with the goal of supercharging Sales Operations by using his multifaceted skill set.
Outside of CyberSN, Bobby and his wife live in Jacksonville Beach, Florida where they participate in every water activity under the sun. Bobby is a dedicated and passionate High School Football Coach where he coaches Offensive Line and Tight Ends.
Alexis Pournaras
Cybersecurity Recruiter
Alexis began her career at CyberSN as a Recruiter in 2021 and has loved being a part of the staffing industry. She finds great fulfillment in collaborating and connecting with others, which makes recruiting a joy! Prior to this role she worked in customer success at a SaaS company and also spent time as a full-time dance teacher for all ages. Alexis has been a dancer for most of her life and graduated from San Diego State University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance where she was also on the SDSU Dance Team the year that they won a national championship.
Outside of work you can find Alexis at a dance class, taking long walks, or hanging out with her dog Pepper!
