Tech industry veteran, Deidre Diamond, leverages her deep cybersecurity staffing and leadership expertise to guide the success of CyberSN. As Founder and CEO of the largest US technology and services cybersecurity talent acquisition firm in the country, she is a passionate advocate for building diverse, multi-talented teams. Deidre also founded the non-profit, Secure Diversity, which promotes diversity and inclusion in the industry.
Combining 25 years of experience working in technology and staffing, Deidre has a genuine love for the cybersecurity community and has built large-scale sales and operations teams at companies such as Rapid7 and Motion Recruitment where she achieved high performances. She has created cultures based on an ‘anything is possible’ attitude that allows people to achieve above and beyond the usual. By establishing an open communication framework throughout the CyberSN organization, she has created cultures of positive energy, career advancement and kindness that enables teams to reach beyond peak performance and have fun at work.
Deidre encourages the use of EQ skills (Emotional Intelligence skills) of self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, social skills, and empathy, which are applied by choosing words and behaviors that reflect consideration for each other.
Chief Security and Technology Officer
Mr. Glavach is CyberSN’s Chief Security and Technology Officer leading all cybersecurity strategy, policy, IT operations, security engineering, security operations, data privacy, and cyber threat detection. He is on the forefront of CyberSN’s platform taxonomy research and development, serves as a trusted cyber advisor, subject matter expert to strategic clients, cybersecurity and strategic diligence advisor for Private Equity clients in support of mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to CyberSN, Mr. Glavach spent twenty years working with Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) where he served as the Chief Information Security Officer and Research Fellow. He played a critical role in the company’s cyber risk management, providing cyber technical leadership and subject matter expertise to commercial and government clients. Mr. Glavach served as member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) Cyber Committee, chairing a subcommittee on Vehicle and Embedded Systems Cyber Security, with an exceptional background and expertise in cyber risk management as well as specializing in cyber attack methods and countermeasures, cyber forensics and incident response. He has presented on cloud forensics, cyber adversaries and advanced persistent threats to a wide range of public and government audiences including the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and the National Security Agency (NSA).
With decades of cybersecurity and IT Staffing experience, Mark joined CyberSN in 2019 to embark on the journey of making job searching easier for cybersecurity professionals. He feels that it shouldn't be so difficult to find a job you love. All of his efforts, every day, are directed to removing friction for job seekers.
Mark is active with many children and grandchildren to keep him busy. When not enjoying his family, he can be found on the golf course with his wife or spending time in their adopted hometown of Charleston, South Carolina. He loves murder mysteries both in print and on TV. Coming from an Italian family, his other passion is food. His "last supper" will be ravioli, meatballs, fresh ricotta, and a whole Italian rum cake for dessert.
Debby came to CyberSN with 20+ years of back office experience in the staffing services industry. She loves what she does and works hard to keep CyberSN's employees and clients satisfied and enriched while simultaneously ensuring the company is protected and compliant. Debby joined CyberSN in 2016 and adores being in business with this amazing group of colleagues.
Debby recently moved back to California after two decades in the Boston area and is rediscovering her love of hiking and exploring the outdoors. She's busy juggling many life roles, but mom is her favorite title. Debby graduated from CSUSB and was very happy to put her Womens' Studies minor to work by getting CyberSN certified as a Woman Owned Business in 2021.
Director of Product Management
Erik is the product owner of the CyberSN deep job platform. Prior to joining CyberSN, Erik worked for a US government contractor providing cybersecurity expertise. Erik enjoys the challenges of redefining the job searching experience for the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
Director of Information Technology
John is focused on providing robust, reliable, and secure technology solutions that enable our team at CyberSN to achieve our goals.
He is an avid sports enthusiast and resides in Central Massachusetts where he roots for the Patriots, Bruins, and the Red Sox throughout the year. He and his wife enjoy traveling, barbecuing, and walking and hiking with their dog.
Adrianna has been with CyberSN for over 6 years. Her career has been focused in sales and staffing services within IT.
She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and has a 12-year old son, who keeps her busy. She loves to meditate and spend lots of time with her family.
Launa was formerly a Director of Staffing at Talener, a technical staffing firm in San Francisco. After graduating from the University of Virginia, Launa moved to New York City to begin her career in technical staffing. She was promoted to a management position at Motion Recruitment, moved to San Francisco and built a team that specialized in DevOps placement services. Launa brought that experience to Talener’s New York office and then returned to San Francisco as a Director overseeing and expanding the Bay Area presence.
She also runs the Secure Diversity SF Meetup, a not-for-profit that works to address the cybersecurity talent shortage. Launa also is one of the organizers for Day of Shecurity, a 1-day conference for women in or joining the Cybersecurity field.
She is a passionate yogi, reader, baker, and cat-lover.
Matt is an accomplished business leader in the field of cybersecurity executive search, staffing, workforce solutions, human capital management, client acquisition, business development, and relationship management.
Additionally, he possesses over 16 years of experience in professional recruiting, talent management, strategic consulting, and staffing experience in all facets within the cybersecurity industry as well as staffing in the security, risk management technology, finance, operations, and engineering sectors. Over the years, Matt has focused on value creation, integrating sales and marketing, and recruitment strategies into the overall business strategy of an organization to help protect companies and provide the solid foundation they need to grow and transform.
Kyle is responsible for delivering strategy as well as the training and development of new recruiters that join CyberSN in the East. Kyle has over 25 years in IT Recruitment, and has specialized in cybersecurity for the last 3 1/2 years. He is driven by matching and delivering exceptional candidates to clients in the cybersecurity technology market for CyberSN.
Kyle resides in Northern Georgia and enjoys fly fishing, boating and the outdoors.
Travis has been with CyberSN since 2017 where he has worked closely with security leaders on finding and placing cybersecurity talent. He manages and trains a team of recruiters on how to find and represent cybersecurity professionals. Travis has volunteered and supported cybersecurity conferences including Day of Shecurity, ShellCon, Secure Diversity, and BSidesSF. He graduated from Golden Gate University with a BS in Business Administration and Management.
Outside of work, he is a food tour guide of San Francisco’s Ferry Building and Mission District. He writes about San Francisco for local news sources including SFGATE, for whom he wrote an article on walking every street of San Francisco. Travis is also an Eagle Scout and loves to explore the outdoors.
Jessica consults with our clients and helps them build comprehensive descriptions of the positions they need to fill, advises on hiring strategies, connects them with qualified individuals, and helps them hire the talent they need. She has been in the technical staffing and recruiting industry for 7+ years and for the past 4 years has focused specifically in cybersecurity. When she discovered CyberSN's talent network and platform, she knew this would be the perfect place for her.
Jessica is originally from Rochester, New York and has been in Raleigh, North Carolina since 2007. When not working, she teaches group fitness classes at a few of the local gyms in Raleigh, including cycling, HIIT, strength, and aerobics. She is passionate about music and loves to go to concerts and shows. She is also a working mom and loves spending time with her husband and baby.
Amy has been in the IT staffing industry for over 23 years with the last 14 being focused specifically around cybersecurity. She loves what she does and is proud to be a part of the CyberSN family. There are few positions that offer the opportunity to be a part of making people's lives change for the better as well as providing high level solutions to clients. It's a win-win for everyone. Amy is extremely passionate in regards to diversity and inclusion with 60% of her placements being women or other minorities year over year. She has a BS degree from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and started her career in Athens, Georgia as a Montessori school teacher. She still lives in the Atlanta area and has a 7-year son named Denver, who is the love of her life.

Stephanie's career in staffing combines cybersecurity, IT and engineering. Cybersecurity is an instrumental industry as data becomes the most important asset in our economy. Working with professionals in this space and building teams that protect that data is extremely important, making what she does mean that much more rewarding.
Stephanie is an avid cook, BIG baseball fan (Go Dodgers!), and loves to travel.
After graduating from Virginia Tech (go Hokies!), Brooke started working as a Recruiter in IT and loved the opportunity to work with people everyday in an industry that impacts lives so heavily. Now as an Account Manager in cybersecurity, she has grown to know so many people and enjoy continuously cultivating relationships.

Kaitlyn resides in Charlotte, North Carolina and has a B.A in History from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She began her career as an IT Recruiter in 2019.Kaitlyn was drawn to recruiting because she enjoys creating lasting relationships and helping individuals make a career change that better fits their needs. She came to CyberSN in 2021 to focus on cybersecurity recruiting, and felt that this was the perfect opportunity to take on new challenges and advance her career.

Christina has over 2 years of Technical and Security recruitment experience. She came to CyberSN as a Senior Recruiter and has just recently moved into an Account Manager role working directly with clients. What she loves most about her job is getting to connect with security professionals daily, having the opportunity to make a difference in their work lives, and building client relationships to address their needs and help their company flourish in security.

Gianna graduated from San Diego State University in 2020 with a degree in Psychology and Public Health. Before working at CyberSN she worked in healthcare staffing, primarily working with travel nurses throughout the pandemic. As a Recruiter, Gianna finds value in the ability to have a genuine conversation with a person. Having that personal connection with a candidate truly makes her day better. She finds it exciting and fulfilling to be able to assist people with their career opportunities.
Gianna is passionate about traveling, being outdoors, yoga, and running. Her newest hobby is pottery.
Elieyzay Anderson, or as he is better known as Eli, was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Prior to becoming a Senior Recruiter at CyberSN in the San Francisco office, Eli attended New Mexico State University where he played running back for the football team and received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
In his free time, Eli enjoys learning and competing at the game of pool. He views competition as a sport and when he invests his time in doing something, he approaches it with the end goal of mastering it.
Connecting with others has always been Jacob's passion. Whether it's his career, sports teams, or through random subreddits, he has always enjoyed finding commonalities with others and expanding his perspective on life. Michaela graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.S. in Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Professional Legal Studies. Originally, she planned to attend law school after graduation, but after working in Civil Litigation she realized her aspirations were more aligned with those found in the staffing industry. She joined CyberSN in 2021 where she discovered her love for cybersecurity, and hasn't looked back since!
Lance graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2012 with a degree in Business Marketing. He started off his career in outside sales for an environmental services firm within the oil and gas industry. In 2016, he transitioned into cybersecurity, which was the industry he was most passionate about. He has been in the cybersecurity staffing industry for 6 years as a Recruiter and Account Manager. He loves making connections, learning about what drives people, and connecting people to their next best fit.
Sports have always been a big part of Lance's life. In his time at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, he played for their D1 Club Hockey team. He is also an avid traveler and trekker. Some of the more notable treks he has completed are 'The W' in Patagonia, 'The Salkantay Trek' in Peru, and the 14-day trek to Everest Base Camp. These days, he continues to look forward to sharing new traveling and camping experiences with his family.
After a decade working in the aerospace industry, Ben made the change to cybersecurity in 2021. As a Recruiter, he is able to bring his passion for helping others into his day-to-day job.
Ben is also a huge nerd who loves fantasy and sci-fi, especially Lord of the Rings and Star Wars. In his free time, Ben enjoys hanging out with his wife and 11-year old son, traveling, nature, music, reading, and gaming.
Anthony joined CyberSN after a varied career working as the Business Development Lead for an industrial electrical contractor, a Field Operations Setup Manager for a water transfer company in the gas and oil field, and as a server/bartender in the hospitality industry. He also graduated with a B.S. in Cybersecurity from Norwich University in 2019. After personally experiencing the difficulties that candidates face when attempting to enter the Cybersecurity field, Anthony is very excited to assist others in overcoming those same roadblocks with as little headache as possible.
Outside of work, Anthony loves spending time with his wife and 2 small children. He is also an avid football fan, having played the game himself for 13 years.
Cynthia Gonzalez graduated from Boston College with a degree in International Studies and Ethics and International Social Justice. She is passionate about equity and empowerment at all levels in the workplace. Cynthia is passionate about being a recruiter and enjoys being part of a team that supports candidates in eliminating barriers to success and helping match them with an incredible career path.
Outside of working hours, Cynthia loves to go on long walks to find the best boba tea shops in San Francisco!
Sonya was born and raised in Sacramento, California where she started her career in sales. She spent her college years studying Business Administration with a focus in Management & International Business at California State University, Monterey Bay (Go Otters!).
Sonya loves anything that expresses creativity and she regularly paints, draws, dances, cooks, bakes, and teaches people about makeup. She is also an avid sports fan as she spent her years in academia playing all types of sports like soccer, golf, and softball. In her spare time she enjoys traveling to new places.
Cindy recently pivoted into the world of cybersecurity from the publishing field. She was a Regional Editor for Better Homes & Gardens for many years, segued into digital media and website development for the last 10 years, founded a few digital start-ups and then became fascinated with cybersecurity enough to complete a 6-month cybersecurity bootcamp at Northwestern University.
Cindy hails from New York originally, and she and her husband currently live in Newport, Rhode Island.
Talent Acquisition Manager
Lauren joined CyberSN in 2021 after spending almost a decade in executive search, specializing in cybersecurity. She has a B.A. in business administration from Westminster College.
She loves playing fetch with her dog, Daisy, and enjoys a glass of good wine.
Sales Operation Specialist
Coming from multiple startups with a background as both a Marketer and Developer, Bobby joined CyberSN in 2021 with the goal of supercharging Sales Operations by using his multifaceted skill set.
Outside of CyberSN, Bobby and his wife live in Jacksonville Beach, Florida where they participate in every water activity under the sun. Bobby is a dedicated and passionate High School Football Coach where he coaches Offensive Line and Tight Ends.
Senior Product Marketing Manager
Jeremy received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing from West Virginia University (and no, he didn't burn any couches) and has found himself in the marketing world for over a decade. He's always believed that marketing and advertising has the power to do as much for good as it can for greed and profit, and he's tried to spend his career proving that theory.
In his off time, he's most often golfing, either in real life or virtually (or with a disc). His 2022 goals include a home garden, traveling internationally, and pretending he got into shape during the pandemic. He loves reading and writing in all forms, video gaming, movies and television. When he is not analyzing data for the industry's best hiring platform, you can find him on the couch.
Social Media and Events Manager
Madelynn Sawicz is the Social Media and Events Manager at CyberSN. She graduated from Utica University with a B.S. in Communication and Media, where she also worked for two years as the school's Public Relations intern. In 2020, she earned two scholarships for hard work in the CMM/PR program. Her experience is primarily in social media management, event planning, and marketing.
Madelynn is from upstate New York, where she has been her entire life, and frequently enjoys the outdoor activities it has to offer such as boating on Lake George, and snowboarding the plethora of mountains.
