Secure Diversity is a nonprofit whose mission is to help gender diversity in cybersecurity. They host Day of Shecurity events, their events support women in the cybersecurity industry where they are underrepresented and under-promoted. They have also partnered with SANS Cyber Talent to create the Leadership Academy, its focus is on increasing gender diversity in cybersecurity leadership.
