Founded with the mission to make job searching and workforce matching simple for the cybersecurity community.
2015
Established long-term strategic diversity partnership with Secure Diversity, dedicated to increasing awareness and representation of women and non-binary individuals in cybersecurity.
2016
CyberSN Taxonomy created — establishing a common language to define projects and tasks across 35 cybersecurity functional roles.

Our platform is built on the CyberSN Taxonomy, a structured framework of 45 functional roles and 10 categories that provides a common language for cybersecurity workforce planning. Deidre Diamond
Founder & CEO
Tech industry veteran leveraging deep cybersecurity workforce and leadership expertise. Founded the largest U.S. cybersecurity workforce intelligence and solutions firm and the non-profit Secure Diversity, promoting diversity and inclusion. Combines 25 years in technology and workforce solutions, having built large-scale teams at Rapid7 and Motion Recruitment. Creates cultures emphasizing emotional intelligence skills: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, social skills, and empathy.
