CyberSN retains data as long as accounts remain open and as necessary to fulfill stated purposes. Upon account closure and after no further use is needed and no legal or regulatory obligations exist, CyberSN removes or depersonalizes data so users become unidentifiable.

CyberSN implements measures designed to protect information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure using industry-recognized security safeguards, carefully developed procedures, and practices complying with applicable laws and federal standards.
CyberSN maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards and reviews security procedures using internal and external resources. Information is stored on secure servers behind firewalls. Transactions and sensitive information use SSL encryption.
Your information security depends partly on you. If you receive a password for Site access, you must keep it confidential and should not share it.
