What is it?

CyberSN takes the hardest part of the hiring process—attracting and identifying the right cybersecurity candidates—off your hands, saving you time and money. Our resume service, Talent Scout, identifies information security professionals who are qualified and interested in your job. We vet them and sell them on your opportunity. Then we provide you with their resume, why they are qualified, why they are interested, and when they are available to speak with you. You send the calendar meeting invite and take it from there. One fee, upfront, with a money-back guarantee.

How does it work?

The first step is a kick-off meeting to discuss your opening in detail. We review the function of the role, the must-haves, the nice-to-haves, and what makes a good culture fit. We then send you five resumes of cyber professionals who meet the criteria that we have agreed upon. You are then free to contact them directly and manage the rest of the process yourself.

How do I get started?

Call or schedule a time to speak. From there we will: Discuss your specific job opening and give you a fee estimate. Craft a job description that will attract qualified and interested professionals, especially passive ones. Conduct an expansive search through all our channels, including our proprietary cybersecurity job platform. Interview all potential candidates and qualify them for your job and your culture. Provide their resume with all of our notes and their availability to interview.

What is your money-back guarantee?

If we don't provide five qualified and interested candidates for your job in 45 days we will refund your money.

Do I get my fee back if no one is hired?

The fee is non-refundable as long as we provide five qualified and interested candidates within 45 days. Our responsibility is to find the five cybersecurity professionals. It’s your responsibility to interview and close.

Can I use Talent Scout to fill multiple openings?

Yes, you can. We will provide you five qualified and interested cyber professionals and you can hire them all for the same one-time fee.

How long will it take you to provide resumes to us?

We provide the professionals as we find them over a 30–45 day period. You should expect to receive the first candidates within two weeks of our kick-off meeting. We will deliver in under 45 days, but the majority of clients are serviced within three weeks.

What’s in it for you?

You will save time and money by outsourcing the search for qualified and interested professionals to us. You save ½ of what the cost would be to hire these professionals if we were to conduct an end-to-end search. You also will have much faster results because of our connections to the cybersecurity community. And remember, you can hire all five people that we present for the same one-time fee. You could pay ½ to fill the one position you’re looking for and end up saving even more should you hire any of the additional candidates we send.
