We are looking for a Cybersecurity Recruiter to contribute to CyberSN’s rapid growth. We don’t cold call, we don’t measure performance solely based on metrics, and almost all of our work with clients is retainer-based.  We are looking for people with experience recruiting cybersecurity professionals and want further to develop their careers with our fast-growing and caring company. 

 

Responsibilities: 

100% - Source, Interview, Match and Communicate with Candidates 

  • Source and connect with cybersecurity professionals via our talent matching platform, CyberSN Marketplace, and other platforms.
  • Stay active with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, grow your network, and stay updated with cybersecurity industry trends.
  • Recruit and conduct interviews with cybersecurity professionals looking for opportunities.
  • Create and maintain relationships with cybersecurity professionals for future opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various CyberSN teams, including SaaS Platform, Marketing, Sales, and Technology, to provide information to improve our services, product, and process. 
  • Maintain and update a database of qualified cybersecurity professionals. 
  • Facilitate the scheduling of client interviews and complete Reference Checks.

 

Requirements

  • Mandatory - Must have experience recruiting cybersecurity professionals
  • Degree preferred
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.

● Performing frontend development in a REACT environment, implementing, debugging,
and delivering new product features
● Take designs from UX/UI design and translate them into actionable code in REACT and
CSS
● Assisting with the ideation and scoping of the product backlog based upon customer
feedback, market trends and platform performance
● Performing software quality assurance including development and execution of customer
experience testing to assess the platform can support use scenarios from the
perspective of a customer
