Roles and Responsibilities: 50% Resolving customer support cases for enterprise customers 25% Jump starting the Boston support operations 25% Recruiting, training and leading a strong team of security support engineers (These percentages will change as the team you are leading grows) What you need to qualify: • Experience working in a client-facing environment • Experience supporting security solutions • Knowledge of Data Center Security Solutions • Experience with VMware and public cloud administration • Basic understanding of Windows and Linux • An understanding of networking protocols (TCP, IP GRE, SSL), routing and firewalls • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills Pluses include: • Hands-on networking experience • R&D of networking issues and protocols • Knowledge of data center security implementations
